Quotation Validity

Our price, regardless shared through a quotation or email, are valid for 30days unless stated otherwise.

Shipment Terms

Unless stated otherwise, our standard shipment term is Ex-Works Singapore. We do not offer drop-shipment because all goods must go through our Singapore quality assurance process. For local Singapore customers, we offer door-to-door deliveries at S$30/order for items less than 15kg. Heavier items are subjected to higher delivery rates.

Local Singapore same day delivery is charged at S$120/order, regardless of weight.

Taxs and Duties

All local Singapore sales at subject to prevailing GST.

For sales to international customers, local country taxes/duties are borne by customers.

Payment Terms

For local Singapore Universities and Research Institutes, we offer 30days payment term when you register with us.

For international customers, payment terms is subjected to case-by-case review.

Warranty and Returns Policy

Standard warranty for instruments and equipment is 1-year.

Consumables are not provided warranty. However, when usage fault arises and investigation shows fault is caused by manufacturing quality, we are responsible for replacement of the item.
