STANDARD OPTICAL SUBSTRATES

QUARTZ SUBSTRATES / WAFERS

Our Synthetic Quartz is produced in an autoclave via the hydrothermal process, polished into transparent substrates with ultra-high purity and improved optical transmission in the deep ultraviolet.

Applications of include photomask substrates in the semiconductor industry, poly-Si-TFT substrates for LCDs, micro lens substrates for LCDs and fiber optics, substrates for high frequency(RF) applications, microfluidic substrates, Nano-Imprint Templates, and DNA chip substrates.

BK7 SUBSTRATES / WAFERS

BK7 Glass is a borosilicate crown optical glass with high homogeneity, low bubble and inclusion content. Its good physical and chemical properties make BK7 widely used in visible and near IR range.

Most of windows, lenses and prisms used in laser / optical systems / optical communication, are made from BK7 Glass.

SCHOTT GLASS SUBSTRATES

Schott D263 is a low alkali borosilicate glass that is produced by melting the purest raw materials. As such, it is very resistant to chemical attack. With its specific properties and large range of different thicknesses with tight tolerances, D263 is exceptionally well suited for a number of applications including liquid crystal displays, optoelectronics, touch control panels, sensors, electroluminescent displays and solar cells.

Due to a special down-draw production process, D263 glass sheets are marked by fire-polished surfaces; this glass type can be used without ground and polished surfaces.

SPECIAL SCHOTT CDGM GLASS

Non-SF(ZF) Series Glass Substrates, e.g. N-BAK,N-BAF,N-SSK,N-LF,N-LAF, etc

ZF (Dense flint) glass series; Refractive index is high over 1.78 at 588nm

V-GROOVE / U-GROOVE GLASS SUBSRATES

Used for packing optical fiber components, e.g., fiber couplers etc.

Our Synthetic Quartz is produced in an autoclave via the hydrothermal process, polished into transparent substrates with ultra-high purity and improved optical transmission in the deep ultraviolet.

GLASS CRYSTAL CUBES

Glass materials with standard optical glass Eg. BK7 or UV fused silica
Cube design with 4 – 6 optical surfaces polished;
All surfaces uncoated.
Applications: imaging system or dispersion prism use for photography setup.

SILICON COATED GLASS SUBSTRATES

Amorphous silicon coating layer on glass substrate.
Thickness 150+/-10nm

SiO2 buffer layer 5-10nm, to enhance the adhesion of over coating with glass (SiO2)

GLASS SLIDES

Available materials such as UV Quartz, D263T Glass, Corning Eagle 2000 (E2000) Glass and many more.

SAPPHIRE SUBSTRATES / TUBES

Sapphire has excellent thermal conduction and heat radiation, being resistant to common chemical acids and alkaline. Sapphire can withstand high pressures and suited for many applications when used as a window in harsh environments.
Monocrystalline material available in random or specified orientation/cut (C-plane / A-Plane / M-Plane)

ITO / FTO / AZO GLASS SLIDES / PET FILM

ITO coated glass is suitable as an electrically conductive surface that also offers a high optical transparency. Manufactured by sputter-coating a thin conductive layer of indium-tin-oxide onto high quality glass substrates.

Common applications include display technology and micro structuring applications, manufacturing of transparent ITO-electrodes, integrated invisible flat antennas, antistatic windows, heating and de-icing windows with an optical function, far infrared mirrors and many other unique technical appliances.

GLASS RINGS / DISC / RIMS / WASHERS

The quartz washer and rings feature high transmittance in ultraviolet,
visible and infrared spectrum from 190 to 2900 nm. Optical quality material is virtually bubble and inclusion free.
